AZCar B2B trading platform

AZCar s.r.o. is one of the leading suppliers of automotive parts in Slovakia. Given the volume of orders, the pricing system and the need to integrate with a large number of third parties, a custom trading platform was developed for the client.

Its distinctive feature is the ordering system, built on integration with suppliers and automated order processing through real-time integration services. It works closely with the HELIOS accounting and warehouse system and includes services that automatically update prices, stock levels and other information provided by external suppliers.

The product catalog is built on the TecDoc database with many custom parts and tools. In total, the system holds millions of products. It also includes an algorithm that analyzes and warns about non-paying customers and automatically restricts them according to defined criteria.

To motivate customers, several types of promotions and cashback bonuses can be created. An automated system for assessing and resolving complaints and returns replaced a previously manual process, making it easier and more efficient. Regular customers can get memberships that unlock premium services. Sales results (total revenue, revenue per customer, sales by component, manufacturer and supplier, and much more) can be tracked in a clear analytics tool. Security is based on privileges and several roles that grant users access to individual parts of the system.

The project was carried out in cooperation with . As part of the collaboration, we were responsible for several parts of the system, for example ordering from dozens of suppliers, importing goods from suppliers, promotions and bonuses, memberships, the returns tool, the analytics tool and the customer feedback tool.
