AZCar B2B sales platform

AZCar s.r.o. is one of the leading suppliers of automotive parts in Slovakia. Given the volume of orders, the pricing system and the need to integrate with a large number of third parties, a custom sales platform was developed for the client.

What sets it apart above all is the ordering system, built on integration with suppliers and automated order fulfillment through real-time integration services. Tight integration with the HELIOS accounting and warehouse system was implemented, along with services that automatically update prices, stock levels and other information provided by external suppliers.

The product catalog is built on the TecDoc database with many custom parts and tools. In total, the system holds millions of products. It also includes an algorithm that analyzes and warns about non-paying customers and automatically restricts them according to defined criteria.

To motivate customers, several types of promotions and cashback bonuses can be created. An automated system for assessing and evaluating claims and returns was built, making a previously manual process simpler and more efficient. Regular customers can get memberships that unlock premium services. Sales results (total revenue, revenue per customer, sales by part, manufacturer and supplier, and many more) can be tracked in a clearly laid-out analytics tool. Security is based on privileges and several roles that grant users access to individual parts of the system. A single backend serves several franchises on different domains, with separate users and data.

The project was carried out in cooperation with (opens in a new tab). As part of that cooperation, we were responsible for several parts of the system, for example the ordering system covering dozens of suppliers, goods imports from suppliers, promotions and bonuses, checks on non-paying customers and credit limits, memberships, the returns tool, the analytics tool, and the customer feedback tool.
